Director Agribusiness Supply Brazil

Reports to: VP of Agribusiness LATAM

Function: Corn & Grain Supply

As Director Agribusiness Supply you will lead the strategy execution and transformation of grain procurement in Brazil with a primary focus on corn. This role plays a critical part in business results and part of the Brazil Business Leadership Team.

Your role will be:

• Own the Brazil grains procurement strategy ensuring competitive cost supply security and long-term value creation for the business.
• Lead a high-impact organization responsible for one of the largest cost components in Brazil balancing market volatility risk management and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Operations Finance and Commercial teams influencing decisions across P&L logistics strategy hedging and capital deployment.
• Drive transformation and innovation across sourcing logistics supplier models and ways of working.
• Develop and empower a growing leadership team strengthening autonomy financial acumen and decision-making capability.
• Represent the function at executive level contributing to strategic discussions beyond procurement and shaping the broader Brazil business agenda.

Your profile needs these qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics Agribusiness or related fields.
• Strong experience in agribusiness supply chain procurement origination trading or commodities logistics.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in matrix organizations.
• Experience managing significant costs P&L exposure and business risk.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is desirable.
