Business Director FCV Brazil

Position Summary

Responsible for leading the Flow Controls (FCV) business providing management support to PRM ensuring sustainable growth profitability operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Accountable for business strategy execution financial performance market expansion and organizational development while aligning regional priorities with Emersons global objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility including revenue margins operating income and cash flow.

• Drive commercial performance through market expansion strategic customer engagement and pricing excellence.

• Lead annual strategic planning budgeting forecasting and business review processes.

• Partner with Operations Supply Chain Engineering and Finance to ensure business objectives are achieved.

• Monitor business performance identify risks and opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Develop and lead a high-performing organization focused on accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Support talent development succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and ethical standards.

• Understand How to Staff the organization and how to build a comprehensive business case to get approvals

• Understand the Brazilian Market for Valves including Industry trends applications competitors and the Growth Drivers

• Understand how a GTM should be and which kind of complementary Sales channels needs to be developed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering Business or related field.

• Strong leadership experience in automation industrial process (chemical petrochemical and oil and gas) or related industries.

• Proven experience managing a business with P&L accountability.

• Knowledge of control valves

• Strong commercial financial and strategic business acumen.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Fluent in English.
