Regional Manager (RM)
Location: Trivandrum (TVM)
Experience: Minimum 7 Years in Any NBFC Industry
Salary: Up to 75000 per month(9LPA)
Qualification: UG / PG (Any discipline)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager (RM) to oversee and drive business operations across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance leading teams ensuring compliance and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct monthly and weekly regional business meetings
* Ensure optimal staffing across branches and manage deputation in coordination with Area Managers (AMs)
* Drive business performance across all products and maintain productivity standards
* Lead mentor and manage a high-performing regional team
* Coordinate with HR for backend and employee-related support
* Address and resolve staff grievances with Head Office support
* Develop and implement modern business strategies and plans
* Conduct random checks on systems BRS entries and branch records
* Review audit reports and implement corrective actions
* Oversee branch operations in coordination with AMs / BDMs
* Sound knowledge of NBFC / financial services operations
