About your manager

Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy complex program delivery and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.

Job description & summary

As a Data Quality Analyst you will be responsible for designing implementing and continuously improving data quality frameworks and processes across modern data platforms. You will work closely with platform teams data owners and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable consistent and fit for purpose.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing implementing and maintaining data quality frameworks

  • Defining and implementing data quality rules checks and reports in data quality tools

  • Supporting the integration of data quality capabilities into data platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake BigQuery)

  • Implementing and applying AI-based methods to optimize and automate data quality processes

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to embed data quality standards into daily operations

  • Communicating data quality concepts issues and results clearly to business and technical audiences


Requirements of the role

  • Experience with data quality management including designing and implementing data quality frameworks rules and tooling

  • Hands-on experience working within modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake BigQuery or similar) including building and maintaining data quality pipelines and integrations

  • Proven experience defining data quality rules KPIs/metrics and designing quality reporting dashboards from scratch or expanding existing ones

  • Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in applying AI/ML methods to data quality processes (e.g. anomaly detection automated data profiling intelligent rule suggestion) considered a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical data quality topics into business language

  • Structured analytical and proactive mindset

  • Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
