Cyber Security Engineer – Ethical Hacker

Resideo is seeking a highly driven Cyber Security Engineer Ethical Hacker to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems products and this role you will help protect customer data ensure product security and strengthen privacy across everything we build.

You will proactively hunt for vulnerabilities across a broad technology landscapeincluding hardware web and mobile applications cloud environments and onpremise infrastructure. Were looking for someone who thinks like an attacker enjoys ethically breaking systems and takes real satisfaction in uncovering and fixing complex security issues across multiple domains

JOB DUTIES:

• Advanced Penetration Testing: Perform in-depth penetration tests on networks applications and systems to uncover security weaknesses.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of more complex security projects ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Tool Proficiency: Utilise advanced tools and methodologies for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
• Reporting: Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations
• Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to achieve common objectives and ensure the success of cross-functional projects.
• Compliance: Ensure all testing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards

• Self-Development: Dedicate time during your working week to build your skills and prepare for relevant industry certifications fully funded by Resideo.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Handson experience in cyber security with a strong focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
• Practical knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques
• A strong desire for continuous selfdevelopment with the willingness to learn adapt to new tools and technologies and invest time in studying for relevant qualifications
• The ability to analyse complex security problems and propose effective practical solutions
• Fluency in English
