We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Associatespecializing inCommercial Due Diligenceto join our team. This is afull-time onsite positionwithin theInfrastructure sector providing a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities a strategic mindset and a proven ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensiveCommercial Due Diligencefor projects within the Infrastructure sector.
- Analyze market conditions competitive landscapes and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities in potential investments or partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are submitted within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in the infrastructure domain.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- 4 to 6 yearsof professional experience in Commercial Due Diligence or related fields.
- AMaster of Business Administration (MBA)degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in conducting data-driven analyses and providing actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
