Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensiveCommercial Due Diligencefor projects within the Infrastructure sector.
• Analyze market conditions competitive landscapes and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities in potential investments or partnerships.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are submitted within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in the infrastructure domain.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• 4 to 6 yearsof professional experience in Commercial Due Diligence or related fields.
• AMaster of Business Administration (MBA)degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven expertise in conducting data-driven analyses and providing actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
