Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop implement and support Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Configure customize and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business and compliance requirements.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and improve risk management processes.
  
• Create and maintain risk dashboards KPI/KRI reports and executive-level analytics.
  
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and data sources.
  
• Manage platform upgrades patches enhancements and system performance improvements.
  
• Provide technical support troubleshooting and user training for ServiceNow risk management modules.
  
• Ensure service availability system reliability and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  
• Participate in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
  
• Prepare technical documentation workflows and best-practice guidelines.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  
• Hands-on expertise in GRC IRM and Third-Party Risk Management modules.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows scripting integrations and platform customization.
  
• Knowledge of risk management compliance frameworks and governance processes.
  
• Experience in dashboard creation reporting and analytics.
  
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs integrations and enterprise applications.
  
• Understanding of platform upgrades release management and system maintenance.
  
• Strong problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
