As a Campus Recruiteryoullwork alongside a passionate team of specialists focusing on key areas that contribute to the teamsgoals. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the full lifecycle of campus recruitment: from event planning to candidate selection.
  • Coordinating assessments mapping interview processes and managinglogisticsto ensure a seamless candidate journey.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Helping drive our campus attraction strategy - bringing your ideas creativity and perspective to the table.
  • Building strong relationships with universities and student societies across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Developing a deep understanding of behavioural competencies and applying them during high-volume assessment periods.
  • Continuously improving operational processes andidentifyingnew opportunities to attract exceptional talent.

Who you are

  • A passionate early-career recruiter (agency or in-house) or someone keen to break into campus recruitment.
  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional coordination and attention to detail.
