D365 Developer Contract

As a D365 Developer at NCS you will be a vital part of a high-performing development team. While your primary focus is hands-on development a key aspect of your role will involve mentoring fellow developers. You will act as a resident expert providing guidance on Dynamics 365 Power Apps and Power Portals. This includes reviewing completed work and offering constructive feedback to foster continuous growth. You will also be strategically allocating user stories and bugs across the team to maximize effectiveness and minimize technical conflicts directly contributing to our culture of continuous improvement and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Development: Lead the design and development of enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 Power Apps and Power Portals ensuring high-quality scalable code delivery.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed code reviews for the development team offering constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and project standards.
• Workflow Strategy: Strategically allocate user stories and bug fixes across the development team to maximize efficiency balance workloads and minimize technical conflicts.
• Requirements Translation: Act as a bridge between functional stakeholders and the technical team by translating complex business requirements and user stories into actionable technical specifications and tasks.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies managing development workflows to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting optimizations for development and deployment practices.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a D365 Developer or Technical Consultant with a strong track record in D365 projects
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem specifically Dynamics 365 Power Apps and Power Portals.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage a development workflow within an Agile or similar environment.
• Exceptional skill in translating functional requirements and user stories into detailed technical specifications and tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as the bridge between the development team and other project stakeholders.
