We are seeking aSenior Office Coordinatorto beon-site Monday through Friday inourYorkoffice.
Your Impact
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring a well-functioning and organized environment.
- Liaisewith key stakeholders to create a positive workplace experience and make the office a destination.
- Support and coordinatelogisticsforonsitemeetings and events.
- Be a keycultureleaderinthe office.
- Monitor office operations support ticket queue and resolve questions with comprehensive answers.
- Ensuresmoothexperience for guests and visitors.
- Adhere tooperating budget for office support model and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office supplies equipment and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure best practices forphysical securityhealthand safety.
- Coordinate withITteam in support of new hires telecomandvideoconferencing as needed.
- Serve as primary liaison for property management services provided by the landlord.
- Manage the facilities and space planning of the office.
- Lead Workplace change management within the office.
Your Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes.
- ExperienceusingBrivoor an alternative access control system.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite including Office 365.
- Experience using ServiceNow or another ticketing system.
- Experience working in hospitality real estate property management or a related environment is a plus.
