Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment HR or onboarding professional to contribute to a busy and fast-paced organisation while supporting the successful onboarding of new employees.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process ensuring pre-employment checks compliance requirements and new starter activities are completed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with recruiters hiring managers and operational teams you will help deliver a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high compliance standards and supporting hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters.
Manage and monitor pre-employment checks including references right-to-work verification and compliance documentation.
Liaise with candidates hiring managers recruiters and internal departments to ensure onboarding activities are completed within agreed timescales.
Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve any issues that may impact start dates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Support initiatives aimed at improving onboarding efficiency candidate experience and time-to-hire metrics.
Produce onboarding reports and provide updates to key stakeholders as required.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within recruitment coordination onboarding HR administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with recruitment systems HR platforms or applicant tracking systems.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Reporting Structure
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Recruitment & Onboarding with a dotted-line reporting relationship to a Divisional Recruitment Lead.
