Estimating & New Business Assistant

Built is looking for an organised proactive Estimating & New Business Assistant to support our Estimating team in securing future projects that align with Builts total solution strategy.

This is a varied and fastpaced role ideal for someone who enjoys coordination relationship management and being at the centre of winning work in the construction industry.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Estimating Manager youll provide essential administrative and coordination support across estimating bid submissions and business development activities. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients consultants and subcontractors to ensure information documentation and processes are accurate organised and timely.

• Maintenance of Client Relationship Mapping and Opportunities Database
• Business Development Related activities
• Sub-Contractor Liaison and Database Maintenance
• Administration Assistance
• Document Control
• Commercial Assistance
