Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Banquet Staff to support the setup service and breakdown of events such as weddings meetings and conferences. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by providing attentive service and maintaining a clean organized event space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables chairs linens etc.)
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Clear tables and assist with event breakdown and cleanup
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during events
- Ensure all areas remain clean organized and presentable
- Follow all safety sanitation and service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 2550 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
