Job Summary

As BTN continues to expand its footprint in last-mile connectivity and energy infrastructure the KOSAP project plays a critical role in driving access to underserved regions. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring efficient execution timely delivery and seamless coordination across multiple project sites.

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the implementation of KOSAP projects. The role involves managing field operations coordinating teams and ensuring projects are delivered within scope time and quality standards.


RespResponsibilities:

Lead the execution of KOSAP projects across assigned regions

Coordinate field teams for site readiness installations and activations

Develop and monitor project schedules timelines and deliverables

Ensure availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores

Monitor site activities to ensure quality safety and compliance with standards

Liaise with clients partners and local authorities to facilitate project execution

Track progress identify risks and implement mitigation measures

Prepare and submit timely project reports



Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Project Management or related field

2. 5 Years of experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in project management within SOLAR projects.

3. Experience in field-based project execution (Solar projects are preferred).

4. Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

6. Willingness to travel frequently across project sites


Required Skills:

Project Planning & Execution Field Team Coordination Stakeholder Management Problem Solving & Decision Making Communication & Reporting Attention to Detail Risk Management.


Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Project Management or related field .
