Purpose Of The Job:
Our client a leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented New Stock Controller to manage and oversee all aspects of new vehicle stock. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate stock management efficient vehicle flow and compliance with dealership and OEM standards.
To effectively manage the administration tracking and control of all new commercial vehicle stock ensuring accuracy from vehicle ordering through to delivery invoicing and reporting.

- Manage and control all new commercial vehicle stock on the system
- Capture and update vehicle details accurately on the dealership management system (DMS)
- Monitor stock levels vehicle status and ageing reports
- Coordinate vehicle ordering receiving and invoicing processes
- Ensure all vehicles are correctly booked into stock upon arrival
- Liaise with sales finance and logistics departments regarding vehicle availability and status
- Ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and compliant (invoices VIN numbers etc.)
- Process vehicle costing pricing and manufacturer rebates where applicable
- Prepare stock reports for management and OEM requirements
- Assist with stock audits and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM standards
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Minimum 2-3years as a Vehicle Stock Controller in a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of dealership stock control processes
- Experience working on a Dealer Management System (DMS)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Excel Word Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motor Industry experience Essential!!
