Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction to lead and execute construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in site management project execution and stakeholder coordination ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and monitor construction projects end-to-end
Manage site operations contractors and subcontractors
Ensure project completion within timeline budget and quality standards
Coordinate with architects engineers and clients
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality norms
Handle resource planning material management and cost control
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

Strong experience in construction project management

Knowledge of project planning scheduling and execution

Expertise in site management and contractor coordination

Good understanding of BOQ budgeting and cost control

Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD (added advantage)

Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

BE/ in Civil Engineering
Experience in residential / commercial / industrial construction projects
