How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Coordinate customer and distributor enquiries regarding quotations order tracking and product literature.
• Manage the end-to-end sampling process including stock maintenance quality checks and dispatching via Salesforce.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality or technical complaints ensuring they are filed and resolved by the relevant departments.
• Provide technical documentation such as COA MSDS and customs declarations to customers and distributors.
• Maintain and update customer profiles sales conditions and business dashboards across multiple IT systems (Salesforce JUMP Qualnet).
• Support financial operations by monitoring debt collection tracking payments and reconciling account abnormalities.
• Manage general office administration including stationery procurement vendor negotiations for marketing materials and answering professional calls.
• Facilitate new staff onboarding by coordinating IT equipment system access and corporate credit cards.
• Provide administrative backup for regional customer care teams and assist with the sales teams travel agendas and safety presentations.

Are you a MATCH

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field of study.
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a sales assistant administrative customer service or secretarial role.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Exhibit fluency in Thai to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Proficient in using the Google Workspace platform including Google Docs Sheets Meet Slides Gemini and NotebookLM.
