Perfumery Assistant - Your future position

Purpose

As Perfumery Assistant you have to support the Perfumers with compounding trial oils and performing day to day lab operations in the efficient and organised manner according to business needs and EH&S policies.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

• Weighing of small sample with precision as according to the pre-defined formula.
• Maintenance of perfumery raw material in the laboratory regular replenishment of raw material to avoid downtime.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation equipment and the laboratory.
• Ensuring timely delivery of oils to perfumers and Application laboratory.
• Attending to ad hoc request from perfumers and internal clients.
• Willing to do occasional OT.
• Open to provide occasional support to applications lab team as needed.
• Ensure the companys Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Ensure good housekeeping.

• Meticulous in weighing samples with accuracy & speed on a day to day basis.
• Openness to learn new skills & take additional responsibilities.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvement areas & action to completion.

• Hard working focused and good team player.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language.
• Good personal conduct and positive working attitude.
• 2-3 years of experience of working in the Compounding Oil lab preferred.
• Manage inventory.
