Meet our Team

Hitachi Digital Services Japan which is the HDSs Japan country office is strengthening its offshore engineering services leveraging development centers in Vietnam and India building a global delivery structure that combines high quality and cost competitiveness.

What youll be doing

What you bring to the team

• Bachelors degree in Software Development Information Technology or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in BrSE Project Management or similar roles.

• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher.

• Strong communication skills in English and/or Vietnamese for offshore collaboration.

• Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and object-oriented programming.

• Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs FSDs workflows and use cases.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proactive responsible and eager to learn and grow.
