Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager in Kalamazoo MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity within a high-volume retail pharmacy supported by an established and experienced team.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is comfortable managing operations supporting staff and maintaining structure within a busy environment.

Description:
- Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring efficiency compliance and high-quality patient care.
- Lead and support pharmacy staff providing direction and maintaining workflow.
- Manage inventory scheduling and daily operations within a high-volume setting.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and company policies.
- Foster a positive and structured team environment.

Position Requirements:
- Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage workflow and handle high-volume operations
