The Oracle Fusion Financial Applications Support Analyst Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This includes but not limited to Oracle Fusion Hyperion Financial Management Citco Billing Centre

Your Role:

• System maintenance activities: New operating units updating reference information etc.

• Month end close for financial modules

• Bugs/Issues Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service desk triaged by COE and escalated vie Functional Team Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support

• Validate Security configurations and involved in Custom role definition/testing

• Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions (incl. POCs Patches Upgrades)

• Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery

• Creation/approval of design specs AN.100 using Oracle Unified Method

• Involved in Quarterly testing for Fusion releases

• Execution of System Integration Testing

• Support of UAT: Environment preparation

• Special Projects

About you:

• 3 years working with Oracle EBS or Fusion End user experience/Support

• 3rd Level qualification in Business/IT or similar

• Solid understanding of the software release life cycle

• Competent in reviewing and completing Oracle OUM documentation

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion including but not limited to: Dataload Config SnapShot More4Apps - An advantage

• Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk JIRA My Oracle Support
