Job Description: Workday Integration Consultant with Studio

Role Overview

• Position: Workday Integration Developer

• Experience: 5 10 years of hands-on Workday integration development

• Responsibilities: Design build and maintain integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound) Workday Studio Core Connectors (Worker Benefits) and XSLT

• Environment: Work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor setup

• Skills Required: Strong technical expertise analytical ability and collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams

• Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB Workday Studio Core Connectors and XSLT

• Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements

• Design and configure business objects calc fields security and migration processes

• Troubleshoot monitor and schedule integrations using ISU ISSG and Workday tools

• Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis

• Perform coding testing debugging and implementation with high attention to detail

• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience

• 510 years of Workday integration development experience

• Strong understanding of Workday core concepts business objects (PBO RBO) and calc fields

• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations reports security and navigation

• Expertise in EIB Core Connector Worker Core Connector Benefit Workday Studio

• Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting

• Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-national environments

• Ability to prepare clear documentation and articulate technical solutions effectively

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
