What Youll Be Doing:

You will play a critical role in assembling and wiring complex electrical panelboards and systems including:

• Reading and executing wiring diagrams schematics and engineering specs
• Assembling and wiring:
  • Terminal blocks breakers relays transformers switches
  • Wire harnesses and panelboard systems
• Performing precision wiring and soldering while protecting sensitive components
• Selecting appropriate wire types based on amperage and application
• Supporting panel modifications drilling mounting and build prep
• Partnering with Engineering & Quality teams to troubleshoot and improve builds
• Maintaining high-quality standards safety and clean workspaces
• Participating in continuous improvement (TPM) and documenting process enhancements

What You Bring:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year in manufacturing/production
• Experience reading wiring diagrams or schematics

Preferred:

• Electrical assembly or vocational training
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Location Requirement:

This role is onsite in Syracuse NY. Candidates must be located within commutable distance (50 miles).
