Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Develop and implement solutions to streamline and optimize business processes

- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented solutions

- Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 3 years of experience in business analysis preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
