CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER - Hanoi
General Objective: Achieve sales targets within the assigned budget and ensure a conversion rate equal to or better than the minimum benchmark of the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop processes regulations guidelines and shared tools for marketing activities and monitor their implementation to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Research marketing trends (channels content tools technologies etc.) to train and update the team.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and plans for different customer segments.
- Build evaluate and manage the customer experience journey.
- Analyze marketing performance data to propose improvements and enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a digital marketing budget of at least 50 billion VND and achieving a conversion rate at least equal to the industry minimum.
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 people.
- Experience working in the software industry.
- Keen awareness of trends news and technologies to apply to marketing activities.
- Good English communication and reading comprehension of documents.
