About the Role
We are looking for a customerfocused motivated and communicative Polish & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will support a leading ecommerce brand ensuring highquality service across all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through written and verbal communication
Stay knowledgeable and passionate about leading ecommerce products and service standards
Understand ecommerce operations and customer expectations
Show empathy problemsolving ability and rational decision-making
Manage high contact volumes during peak promotional seasons
Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (native or near-native)
Good level of English
Strong communication skills
Customeroriented mindset
Ability to work in rotating schedules
Capacity to work on-site in Lisbon
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 920 x 14 months
Performance/allowance: 45 x 11 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 per day
Welcome Bonus: 1000 (Polish)
Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
Health insurance:
Available from Day 1 (employee contributes monthly)
Free after 6 months of contract
Relocation Package
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details provided during interview)
