Position Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PHT (Night Shift)
Salary Budget: Php 55000.00 Php 65000.00

Qualifications as an Operations Specialist

• Minimum 5 years in operations marketing operations or a related role.
• Proficient in CRM systems (GoHighLevel HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
• Experienced with marketing automation tools ( Mailchimp ActiveCampaign etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media management platforms (Later Buffer Hootsuite etc.)
• Ability to assist with content creation (graphics short-form videos captions).
• Familiarity with social media trends especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.
• Experience using analytics dashboards to track KPIs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana ClickUp Trello).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva CapCut Adobe Suite).

Responsibilities:

• System Management: Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and other tech systems to support lead generation client communication and campaign tracking.
• Marketing Automation: Set up monitor and maintain marketing automation tools like and similar applications to enhance outreach efficiency and engagement.
• Social Media Operations: Oversee content creation scheduling and posting across social media platforms including TikTok Instagram and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows ensuring all systems integrate effectively and support business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics and generate reports on campaign performance social media engagement and system efficiency to inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and leadership teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
