Were hiring: Solution Assessment Specialist ANZ (Philippines-based)

Inviso is expanding our ANZ Solution Assessment team and is looking for a senior individual contributor to help drive execution and alignment across our infrastructure security and Copilot assessment programs.

This role sits at the centre of the ANZ motion working across Microsoft stakeholders customers and delivery teams to ensure strong execution consistency and outcomes across the portfolio.

What youll do

• Drive execution across Solution Assessment programs for ANZ customers
• Maintain alignment between Microsoft sellers customer stakeholders and consultant delivery teams
• Support progression of active engagements and ensure momentum across assessment activities
• Partner closely with Microsoft stakeholders to align on priorities opportunities and delivery expectations
• Engage in key customer interactions to support positioning and alignment of assessments
• Enable the consultant team through clear direction coordination and escalation support
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program execution delivery consistency and customer experience

What this role covers

This role operates across all assessment areas:

• Copilot programs (primary focus)
• Infrastructure assessments (Azure Migrate modernisation)
• Security assessments (identity device cloud and multi-platform environments)

The role requires a strong understanding of how these programs operate end-to-end without directly delivering assessments.

What were looking for

• 58 years experience in consulting delivery or Microsoft-aligned roles
• Strong experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (highly desirable)
• Proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholders including Microsoft sellers customers and delivery teams
• Strong understanding of cloud security and Copilot solution areas at a functional level
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple concurrent engagements

Working model

• Customer- and Microsoft-facing role supporting ANZ
• Based in the Philippines aligned to AEST / AEDT working hours
• Works closely with the ANZ Solution Assessment Manager and broader stakeholder ecosystem
• Does not directly deliver assessments but plays a critical role in enabling successful delivery

This role is suited to individuals who can operate confidently across technology stakeholders and execution and who want to play a central role in driving outcomes across Microsoft-backed programs in ANZ.
