About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IGA Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will play a key part in driving modernization initiatives and strengthening identity and access management frameworks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end IGA solutions using platforms such as SailPoint (preferred) or Saviynt
• Lead transformation and modernization initiatives within the IGA domain
• Define identity lifecycle processes access models workflows and governance policies
• Integrate IGA platforms with enterprise systems and applications
• Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership across engineering operations and project teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (security infrastructure business units application owners)
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous solution improvements

What Youll Bring

• 810 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with strong focus on IGA
• Proven hands-on expertise in SailPoint (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management RBAC and access governance
• Experience integrating IGA tools with enterprise applications (ERP HR systems cloud platforms etc.)
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
