TIBCO BWCE Integration Architect / Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BW Container Edition (BWCE) Architect / Senior Developer to join a large-scale enterprise integration environment in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a highly skilled integration specialist with strong expertise in TIBCO technologies enterprise integration architecture cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO 6.x.
• Build and support integrations utilizing SOAP/REST web services XML JSON and messaging technologies.
• Create and maintain file transfer solutions and integration processes.
• Support migration and modernization projects involving TIBCO platforms.
• Configure monitor and troubleshoot integration environments across Linux and Windows platforms.
• Design monitoring alerting and observability solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting including thread dump analysis memory investigations and performance optimization.
• Decommission legacy integrations and implement new enterprise-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with architects developers infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are secure scalable maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 68 years of experience working with TIBCO integration technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • TIBCO BW Container Edition (BWCE)
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x
  • YAML configuration
  • SOAP and REST Web Services
  • XML XSD XSLT XPath DTD
  • JSON
  • SQL
  • Java and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of:
  • SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)
  • ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
  • Enterprise Integration Architecture
  • Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
  • CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience with Splunk monitoring alerting and dashboard configuration.
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex integration challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with:
  • TIBCO EMS
  • FTL / eFTL
  • Mashery
  • TIBCO Administrator
  • TRA
  • Hawk
  • TIBCO Adapters and Plugins
• Experience supporting cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of UML and enterprise solution design.

Certifications (Preferred)

• TIBCO BusinessWorks Certification
• Azure Fundamentals Certification
• Splunk Fundamentals Certification
