An international organisation is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Officer to join a growing team in Malta. This role combines customer support sales and collections making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and results-driven environments.
You will be part of a dynamic multicultural team supporting customers across multiple touchpoints while contributing to business performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and professional support to customers regarding products services and payments
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone email live chat and SMS
- Support customer onboarding processes including documentation and verification
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products/services
- Manage customer accounts in collaboration with internal collections and payments teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Contribute to reporting process improvements and operational documentation
- Support training and onboarding of new team members when required
- Take initiative in suggesting improvements to systems and workflows
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service collections or sales (financial services experience is an advantage)
- Experience with customer onboarding and document verification processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Health Insurance

- Monday to Friday - no weekends
- 10% annual performance bonus
