An international organisation is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Officer to join a growing team in Malta. This role combines customer support sales and collections making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and results-driven environments.
You will be part of a dynamic multicultural team supporting customers across multiple touchpoints while contributing to business performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and professional support to customers regarding products services and payments
Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone email live chat and SMS
Support customer onboarding processes including documentation and verification
Drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products/services
Manage customer accounts in collaboration with internal collections and payments teams
Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Contribute to reporting process improvements and operational documentation
Support training and onboarding of new team members when required
Take initiative in suggesting improvements to systems and workflows
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service collections or sales (financial services experience is an advantage)
Experience with customer onboarding and document verification processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
