Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily logistics operations including order processing shipment coordination documentation and customer communication. This role also provides guidance to junior coordinators and ensures smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including order processing and shipment arrangements
• Prepare and maintain operational documents reports and records
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with customers and external parties to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates
• Support warehouse and administrative activities
• Assist Supervisor in daily operations and team coordination
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of logistics operations (distribution inventory materials management)
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Location: Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru
Salary Range: RM3500 - RM5300
