Job Summary
We are looking for a full time Employment Specialist to join the team!
Under the direct supervision of the Employment Program Coordinator promote the model of vocational services and recovery as a mainstream employment method and assist people with significant disabilities to access real employment opportunities.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree and one year of experience in providing rehabilitation services employment-related supports and/or peer support services.
- Associates degree plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience which includes on year of experience in providing rehabilitation services employment-related supports and/or peer support services.
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience which includes on year of experience in providing rehabilitation services employment-related supports and/or peer support services.
- High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience which includes on year of experience in providing rehabilitation services employment-related supports and/or peer support services.

Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
