About the team

The Front-End Technology team consists of collaborative high-performing engineers. The teams primary mandate is to build out a modern platform and web client. We build user friendly features to help our users visualize their supply chains empowering them to makeinformed decisions to resolve their challenges effectively. Performance is a top priority as
we need to handle our customers large complex datasets efficiently. We have designed our code architecture to be robust and easily maintained while supporting a large team of engineers.

In this role you will develop full stack application features using a variety of technologies (TypeScript React C#) that will bring the power of our software to an expanding user community

What you will do:

• Deliver Excellence: Build high-quality scalable features with a relentless focus on performance and exceptional user experience.
• Architect & Innovate: Lead design investigations and build prototypes to resolve technical uncertainties and clarify complex requirements.
• Champion Quality: Plan and implement robust automated testing strategies to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with product designers managers and fellow engineers to turn ambitious visions into functional reality.
• Stay Ahead: Actively experiment with Generative AI and emerging technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of the industry.

What we are looking for:

• 8 Years of Experience: Predominantly in building full-stack applications for the web.
• TypeScript Mastery (Required): Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript is a must-have for this position. You should be comfortable leveraging its type system to build safer more maintainable codebases.
• Enterprise Expertise: 35 years of experience developing complex enterprise-grade web applications.
• Technical Depth: Strong proficiency in React (preferred) or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven track record of building reliable efficient and scalable APIs.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common Design Patterns.
• Cloud Fluency: Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• The Senior Mindset: You are a strong advocate for software craftsmanship code maintainability and mentoring others in best practices.
• Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or equivalent.
