In the Transportation and Logistics segment (Transporeon) our solutions make it safer simpler and more efficient to move freightbringing together a global network of shippers carriers brokers and 3PLs.

In this role you will be the primary architect of carrier readiness serving as the essential link between our innovative software solutions and the partners who use them. You will have the unique opportunity to lead end-to-end integration projects directly impacting customer success and shaping the efficiency of global supply chains from day one.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Facilitate carrier onboarding by providing technical guidance and administrative requirements to ensure full platform readiness and operational integration

• Coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints.

• Provide training for key users and ensure continuous support in German and English language (additional languages are a plus)

• Establish and maintain customer relations.

• Consult carrier processes and provide the right Transporeon solution.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in German & English (any additional language is a plus).

• 1 year of experience in customer service project coordination or customer care.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking combined with a high level of organizational reliability and proactivity.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry.

• Foundational knowledge of SaaS solutions or Project Management methodologies.

• Formal Project Management certification such as PRINCE2.
