You wont just be selling youll be shaping how companies grow through smarter faster digital payments.
Your Role
As a Business Development Representative youll focus on driving new business and expanding client portfolios:
- Identify and engage new B2B opportunities in the DACH market
- Reach out to decision-makers via phone email and digital channels
- Present and position Google Pay solutions to business clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly KPIs
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1/C2) English (B2 minimum)
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Proven background in one or more of the following:
- SaaS / IT / Tech / Cloud sales
- Digital advertising (Google Ads Meta Ads)
- Experience working with targets (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Strong closing skills and outbound sales experience
- Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
