Job Summary

Join our Production Centre at Tetra Pak in Tomaszkowo near Olsztyn this role you will play a key role in shaping the future of our production and supply chain. As Project Manager you will be the local leader of our digital initiatives ensuring that our local deliverables are made in accordance with the global plans. You will work closely with our local teams in the Production Centre but also with stakeholders from e.g. Business Streams GIM Local OSS etc.

What you will do

  • Integrate the multiple related activities (and/or sub projects) to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
  • Define communicate and manage project scope objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders requirement.
  • Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown task.
  • Develop execute control and communicate the project plan.
  • Create and lead the local project organization based on project deliverables and define roles responsibilities and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders needs and expectations.
  • Develop implement a monitor the risk management plan.
  • Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure the supplier selection and management fulfil project objectives.
  • Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
  • Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
  • Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions processes and tools (OFCE project governance risk management etc.).
  • Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools

We believe you have

5 years of working experience with ideally a minimum of 3 years experience of a similar role in a multinational corporation in a Production Centre or Factory setting.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • You are capable to manage complex stakeholders at all levels making use of unformal authority and lead teams without authority.
  • Capacity to deal with the uncertainty in complex projects.
  • You are capable and used to apply professional project management competences according to PMI standards.
  • Strong computer skills required (proficiency with excel and spreadsheets required).
  • Self-motivated results oriented high sense of discipline attention to details ability to motivate a team high level of negotiation skills creative and adaptable.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with a customer focused mindset
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in people coordination (e.g. senior specialist or team lead roles).
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
