Zoomies is Chicagos premier indoor/outdoor dog park experience a one-of-a-kind destination where dogs play and people unwind. Our facility features expansive off-leash dog parks a full-service café a craft beverage bar daycare and boarding professional grooming and private runs all under one roof. Were building a team that loves dogs as much as our members do. At Zoomies every role matters from the bark rangers keeping our parks safe to the baristas fueling the humans who love them.
Position Overview
The Customer Success Associate is the heartbeat of the Zoomies front-of-house experience. Youll be the primary point of contact for members and guests at our main park and bar entrance handling everything from membership onboarding and vet record collection to phone inquiries emails and outreach. This is a sales-minded relationship-driven role that requires someone who is organized energetic and genuinely passionate about building a community around dogs. Youll be part of our opening team and will help define the standard for member experience at Zoomies.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the main Zoomies front desk greeting members issuing day passes and managing member check-ins
- Own the full member lifecycle: onboard new members collect and verify vet and vaccination records process renewals and handle cancellations
- Respond to phone calls emails and social media inquiries with professionalism and warmth; represent the Zoomies brand in every interaction
- Drive membership sales by educating prospective members on our park services and pricing; convert walk-in and day-pass guests into full members
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and membership management system; ensure all required documentation is up to date for every dog on file
- Communicate with Canine Care Specialists on dog park check-ins
- Escalate member concerns or dog behavior issues to the appropriate team lead
- Assist management with front-of-house scheduling opening and closing procedures and administrative duties as needed
Shifts Available
- Park & Bar Front Desk: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of customer service sales or guest experience required; membership-based businesses or hospitality a strong plus
- Confident communicator comfortable on phones on email and in person with people of all types
- Sales-oriented mindset; you understand that memberships are our revenue engine and take ownership of conversion
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; experience with CRM or database systems preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment without losing composure or warmth
- Must be available for weekends early mornings and evenings
- Dog-friendly personality is non-negotiable youll be working around dogs every single day
