Job Description Summary
Plans and executes training initiatives that enhance necessary skillsets for an employees current role. Selects or creates materials andappropriate deliverymethods for programs on a variety of topics to increase an employees individual performance. Creates training reports andmaintainstraining records. Usesneedsassessment tools todetermineeffectiveness of proposed training programs. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans including the method media and documentation to be presented. Career level professional leading small moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement resourcefulness and self-initiative. Demonstrates specializedexpertiseto evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures. Minimally requires aMastersdegree and 1yearsof related experienceBachelorsdegree and 3 years of related experience or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.

In this role you will work under general supervision to develop and deliver industry and proprietarysystemscontent for both new and existing associates within the Financial Services BPO addition you willmaintaincourse materials and documentation (participant and facilitator materials) for new hiremustexhibita strong client service mindset withdetailorientation a positiveteam centeredattitudeenthusiasmand professionalism.
What You Will GetToDo:
Facilitate classroom & virtual training/meetings and assess participant progress; apply adult learning theory to daily activities.
Provide follow-up support to newhirespost training as needed.
Research develop andmodifybasic instructional materials with minimal supervision.
Contribute as a member of a project team by collaborating with team members and internal business partners.
Keep abreast of changes within the industry new lines of business systemenhancementsandnew technologies.

Familiar with training practices and principles
Intermediate-level skills in use of MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Manage internal client expectations and meet deadlines

Financial Services background; Mutual Fund industry experience preferred but not
Minimally requires aMastersdegree and 1 year of related experienceBachelorsdegree and 3 years of related experience or high school diploma and 5 years of related experience.
1-2 years training experience customer service or public speaking preferred but not
