Cloud Support Engineer

We are actively integrating Artificial Intelligence into our Cloud Operations to:

• Automate incident diagnosis
• Improve anomaly detection (smart monitoring)
• Accelerate issue resolution
• Optimize operations and reduce repetitive tasks

You will actively contribute to designing testing and implementing these solutions (AIOps approach).

• Location: Axway Romania Bucharest Calea Serban Voda no.133 4th District
• Employees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office

No routine here. You will:

• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructures (AWS Kubernetes)
• Deploy fixes and platform enhancements
• Automate and optimize systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Help integrate AI tools into operational workflows
• Interact with clients and technical experts
• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions

You are at the heart of operations with a direct impact on service quality.

What you bring

• 3 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / advanced technical support
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Solid experience with AWS
• Good Linux / scripting skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Interest in automation and AI topics
• Fluent in English

Grow beyond pure technical skills

Your initial strengths are primarily technical.

However you will work on business-critical applications (banking accounting integration) giving you the opportunity to:
