The role

Were looking for a Creative Strategist to own a stream of high-converting paid social ads for the US market and play a key role in unlocking our next stage of growth.

Youll pair creative instinct with performance data and sharp experimentation to build concepts that convert scale and make SCRL recognizable.

Your day-to-day

• Own the creative strategy for a dedicated user segment identify the highest-performing concepts and scale what works

• Run weekly testing plans create hypotheses and pull out clear learnings

• Build the insight foundation like trend reports competitor analysis user research

• Partner closely with motion and graphic designers from ideation to final cut so ideas land exactly as you saw them

• Raise the bar on creative quality share what is working and challenge what isnt

Who we think you are

• Proven track record in a similar role creative or product marketing driving user acquisition. Agency app or SaaS background is a plus

• Strong in strategic planning market analysis and turning insights into creative directions

• Clear writer and communicator capable of crafting briefs feedback and actionable plans

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools capable of handling creative testing campaigns on Meta

• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus

• Fast learner with a versatile mindset eager to innovate and iterate
