Were helping a global game studio in Stockholm to find an Operations Coordinator whom absolutley loves bringing structure to complex environments and helping teams work more this role you will be working closely with the Creative Operations Lead and a range of stakeholders you will play a key role in turning established operational frameworks into practical scalable ways of working that improve efficiency and collaboration.

As Operations Coordinator you will help build the foundations that enable creative teams to move faster and deliver great work with clarity and consistency.

You will be responsible for refining workflows improving tools and processes creating documentation that supports adoption and helping teams embrace new ways of working. The role also offers the opportunity to explore and implement AI driven solutions that can enhance day to day operations and team effectiveness.

What Youll Be Doing

• Building and implementing operational workflows across areas such as intake management project tracking reporting governance and knowledge management.
• Turning operational frameworks into practical templates playbooks and repeatable processes.
• Reviewing existing tools and platforms identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions that add value.
• Supporting the rollout of new tools structures templates permissions and automation opportunities.
• Creating onboarding resources process documentation and user guides that are easy to access and maintain.
• Supporting AI exploration and implementation identifying use cases testing solutions and helping teams adopt new capabilities responsibly.
• Delivering training and enablement sessions to support successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet real business needs.

About You

You are someone who enjoys creating order improving processes and helping others succeed through clear systems and documentation.

You will likely bring experience from operations coordination project coordination business operations creative operations or a similar environment where process improvement and stakeholder collaboration have been central to your role.

You will also have:

• Experience translating frameworks or concepts into practical workflows and documentation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• The ability to assess current ways of working and identify pragmatic improvements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Have

• Experience with collaboration and workflow platforms such as Microsoft Teams SharePoint ClickUp Frontify Mural or similar tools.
• Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application within knowledge based work. Experience with process improvement standardization and light automation.
