What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly voice on the phone helping potential clients feel welcomed and supported from the start.
- Work your organizational magic by gathering intake paperwork from new clients and managing detailed data entry.
- Keep our processes running smoothly with your knack for maintaining tracking spreadsheets and following up with physician offices.
- Play a key role in client care by verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations.
- Uphold confidentiality with the utmost care ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
What Were Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in customer service within the medical or behavioral health field.
- Exceptional phone skills and professional yet warm etiquette.
- Experience with general office tasks and a collaborative spirit.
- A strong command of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- A quick learner who can thrive under the guidance of our Office Administrator/Manager.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Reliable consistent and always ready to contribute.
Bonus Points:
- If youre bilingual in Spanish thats a huge plus!
