We support infrastructure security product initiatives by translating technical updates into actionable guidance for employees and stakeholders. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member who is a self-starter learns quickly and shows a keen interest in cybersecurity technology and user experience.

In this role you will create manage and execute cybersecurity communication plans with a focus on infrastructure security product initiatives. You will partner with cybersecurity infrastructure and risk product teams andstakeholders to deliver end-user and stakeholder communications awareness campaigns and change communications that support secure behaviors and adoption of security controls.

The ideal candidate should possess proficient writing and organizational skills comfort working with technical subject-matter experts and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver accurate audience-appropriate cybersecurity communications.


What you will be responsible for

  • Partner with infrastructure security product teamsand cybersecurity stakeholders to understand audiences communication needs and required user actions; translate technical concepts into clear actionable messaging

  • Support infrastructure security productinitiatives (e.g. endpoint hardening privileged access changes Zero Trust tooling rollouts) with communication and change management deliverables including communication plans stakeholder mapping and readiness materials

  • Develop and deliver global communications for cybersecurity and infrastructure product changes coordinating timing channels and approvals to ensure consistent messaging

  • Create infrastructure security productawareness and enablement content (e.g. intranet posts emails FAQs job aids quick reference guides) that reinforces secure behaviors and improves user experience

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining high quality attention to detail and appropriate handling of sensitive information

How we see the ideal candidate

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications technical writing cybersecurity communications or a related field

  • Fluency in English reading/writing/speaking

  • Satisfactory presentation skills and ability to communicate cybersecurity and infrastructure security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear concise manner

  • Proficiency in creating written customer-focused communications; strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to accuracy and tone

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with subject-matter experts (cybersecurity infrastructure risk compliance) and business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Creative and innovative thinking proactive approach sound organizational skills

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity programs (e.g. security awareness identity and access management vulnerability management infrastructure hardening) is a plus

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (especially Teams SharePoint PowerPoint) is a plus

  • Experience with change management practices and security change communications is a plus
