What youll do

We are seeking a Mobility Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune to own and evolve Point72s modern endpoint and mobility platform. This role is heavily focused on mobility and modern device management while also supporting Windows macOS mobile devices and Windows 365 Cloud ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of corporate and BYOD endpoints ensuring a secure seamless and high-performing end-user experience across the firm.

• Lead the endtoend management of mobile and endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and other enterprise MDM tools.
• Design deploy and support Intune for iOS Android Windows macOS and Windows 365 environments.
• Create and manage configuration profiles compliance policies security baselines and application deployments.
• Implement Windows Autopilot and optimized enrollment processes to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID Conditional Access and Defender to enforce secure identitybased access.
• Apply encryption MFA remote wipe and continuous monitoring to meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 endpoint support investigate complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Use PowerShell Microsoft Graph and scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with support and application teams to reduce recurring issues and enhance device usability.
• Oversee vendor relationships device lifecycle inventory reporting and maintain clear technical documentation.

Whats REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent experience with57 yearsin enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience usingMicrosoft Intune in a production enterprise environmentfor device and application management.
• Proven experience managingiOS/iPadOS Android (corporate & BYOD) Windows 10/11 macOS and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Solid understanding ofEntra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access Microsoft Defender for Endpoint andzerotrust security principles.
• Experience working inhybrid Active Directory environments includingGroup Policy (GPO)management.
• Proficiency inPowerShell and automation engineeringto improve endpoint operations and efficiency.
• Ability to lead and prioritize complex troubleshooting across the organization performroot cause analysis and recommend longterm risk mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving analytical communication and collaboration skills with astrong focus on enduser experience and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently or in teams remain composed in fastpaced environments and provideoncall or weekend supportwhen required.
