Job Summary
Parks Lincoln of Longwood seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding Service Team. The person in this position will be working as part of a team within the Service Department to support our customers experience. The Service Advisor will be a liaison with our Customers Service Technicians and Service Manager. Come and see our new state-of-the-art-facility!

The primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Greet customers promptly and courteouslyattitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to technicians
- Up-sell additional services using low pressure high integrity methods
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
- Sell and manage extended warranties
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
- This is a full-time 40 hour per week position that will require some Saturdays.
Skills that we have identified that will lead to success include:
- 3 plus years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Computer proficiency
- Work well with Service Team as well as other departments
- Dependability reliability responsibility
- Thrive on working in a fast-paced team environment
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Valid Florida drivers license and good driving record required
- A background check and drug screen will be required for this position.
