Job Summary
Job Summary (SAP Finance Delivery Manager)
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Finance implementations ensuring successful delivery across GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Consolidation modules.
- Oversee and direct SAP implementation teams including both internal staff and external vendor partners in global multi-partner environments.
- Develop execute and monitor outcome-oriented strategies to enable IT-driven business transformation and process optimization within Finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Logistics Order-to-Cash Procurement) to ensure effective integration and alignment of SAP processes.
- Produce high-quality dashboards reports analytics presentations and thought leadership materials for stakeholders.
- Act as a constructive challenger driving change questioning the status quo and facilitating solution-oriented discussions.
- Establish and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders across global geographies and cross-cultural environments.
- Independently solve managerial analytical and operational problems in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
- Leverage extensive experience in managing multiple full-cycle global SAP and S/4HANA implementations.
- Apply knowledge of program management best practices with formal training or certifications (e.g. PMP) preferred.
