Role Summary
- This role will acts as a program level coordinator and process owner for laboratory operations.
- This role understands laboratory operations deeply and aligns scientific QA IT facilities and business stakeholders to ensure requests are properly channelized prioritized and executed in a compliant and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central intake and triage point for laboratory operational technical and administrative requests.
- Align stakeholders to ensure requests are properly scoped prioritized and executed.
- Drive structured conversations between lab teams QA IT facilities and safety stakeholders.
- Ensure lab operations support lab readiness experiment execution and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee operational activities related to inventory equipment readiness documentation and onboarding.
- Ensure GLP/GMP compliance audit readiness and traceability of lab processes.
- Support audits and inspections by coordinating documentation and stakeholder responses.
- Track risks dependencies and issues; proactively resolve or escalate as needed.
- Define and improve standard operating models and workflows across lab operations.
- Support onboarding and training strategies for new lab personnel and operational processes.
