Job Description

• Strong understanding of large load onboarding processes within the ERCOT market
• Awareness of end-to-end lifecycle from customer request through interconnection and energization
• Familiarity with feasibility analysis load forecasting and capacity assessment workflows
• Knowledge of ERCOT interconnection procedures including screening and full interconnection studies
• Understanding of interconnection queue management timelines and milestone tracking
• Awareness of coordination requirements with Transmission Service Providers
• Knowledge of transmission and substation capacity constraints and planning considerations
• Understanding of grid limitations congestion risks and mitigation approaches
• Familiarity with aligning customer load requirements with utility infrastructure capabilities
• Awareness of cross-functional coordination across engineering regulatory and construction teams
• Understanding of commercial aspects such as Construction aid tariffs and service agreements
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to ERCOT protocols and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with process tracking risk identification and escalation mechanisms
