Job Summary
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure support and systems management.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation using AWS CLI and Terraform.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems and desktop hardware maintenance.
- Experience in ServiceNow for incident triage and user ticket resolution.
- Experience with Active Directory administration including DNS DHCP and GPOs.
- Experience in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and audio-visual equipment support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to facilitate enterprise business goals.
- Monitor production incidents and coordinate with technical partners to restore services.
- Install and troubleshoot enterprise laptops network printers and specialized field systems.
- Configure and manage specialized lobby management software and camera technologies.
- Perform post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent system failures.
- Provide technical recommendations for hardware and software upgrades based on project needs.
- Digitize manual operational tasks to improve overall organizational efficiency.
